Planar Chip Inductors on polished quartz or alumina, that exhibit very high dimensional uniformity and repeatable performance, for bias injection and tuning in the microwave amplifier, switch and multiplier applications. We also build to custom specification.
- Gold thickness up to 6 microns (240 microinches)
for hiQ, 1.8 GHz performance.
- Line and spaces down to 8 microns (320 microinches). Vertical wall features assure chip to chip and lot to lot repeatability.
- Ti/Pt/ Au, both sides, allows for high temperature attachment and applications.
- Polished quartz (.015 thick typ.) with very low loss tangent and dielectric constant for 18 GHz applications.
- Standard sizes of .025" x .025" x .015" are available from stock. Sizes down to .012" x .012" are
available in 3/4 weeks.
